Leadership team alignment

When a leadership team isn't aligned — on priorities, on how to work together, on what success looks like — everything below them feels it. I work with executive and senior leadership teams to surface the misalignment, have the conversations that matter, and build a shared operating rhythm that holds under pressure.

Leading through change

Restructures, rapid growth, new strategy, new leadership — change demands more of leaders than business as usual does. I help leadership teams build the capability to carry change clearly and confidently, and bring their people with them rather than losing them along the way.

My Approach

Every engagement starts with understanding your organisation — the strategy, the pressures, the team dynamics, what's working and what isn't. The design follows from that.

Sessions can run from 90 minutes to a full day, as a single focused workshop or a series over several weeks — whatever fits the challenge and the group. I bring structure and rigour to the work, but the content and conversations are always grounded in what's real for your people.

And because my background spans strategy and organisational thinking as well as leadership development, I can connect the business challenges to the human ones. That's what makes the work land at a different level.
