I founded The Growth Within after nearly 20 years in leadership roles—CEO, interim executive, and growth driver across startups and mid-size businesses. Over time, I realized that sustainable results don’t come from strategy alone; they come from aligned teams, empowered leaders, and follow-through. That realization led me to blend consulting with coaching, and ultimately to build this company around a single belief: growth starts from within.
Today, The Growth Within combines strategic consulting, executive coaching, and mentoring to help companies and their leaders grow—intentionally and sustainably.
I’m based in New York, and work with companies around the world.
I’m a dual French-American with a global perspective — having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and North America.
I believe in clarity, curiosity, and kindness — even in business.

I’ve led companies through high-growth phases, restructurings, and market expansion. I’ve built and turned around businesses in the U.S. and Canada, and Europe. And I understand the pressure leaders face when everything feels urgent, uncertain, or out of sync.
My approach blends sharp strategic thinking with grounded operational insight and deep human understanding. I’m a certified executive coach trained at Columbia Business School (Certificate of Excellence), and I bring that rigor and empathy to every engagement.
