EXECUTIVE COACHING

The clarity to lead. The confidence to act.

Senior leadership is demanding in ways that are hard to talk about internally. I work one-on-one with executives and senior leaders who want to perform at a higher level — and think more clearly about where they're going and how they're getting there.

Leaders stepping into greater responsibility

A new role, a bigger remit, a seat at the executive table. The step up is real — and so is the gap between what got you here and what the new role demands. I help leaders make that transition with clarity and confidence, not just effort.

Who this is for

High-potentials being developed for the next level

For organisations investing in the leaders they're building. I work with high-potential managers and senior leaders who have the capability but need the thinking space, honest challenge, and personal development to step up fully.

Leaders navigating a career inflection point

Considering a move, thinking about what's next, or at a moment where the current path no longer feels right. I help senior leaders think through their options with clarity — where they want to go, what they're actually looking for, and how to move forward with intention rather than reaction.

Executives who simply want to perform better

No crisis, no transition — just a commitment to being a sharper, more effective leader. Better decisions, stronger presence, clearer communication, more aligned teams. I work with leaders who take their own development seriously.

My Approach

Coaching that understands the business behind the person.

Most coaching stays in the personal lane — mindset, behaviour, emotional intelligence. That matters. But senior leaders don't operate in a vacuum. They're carrying commercial pressures, organisational complexity, and strategic decisions alongside everything else.

I bring a business perspective to every coaching engagement. I understand the environment my clients are operating in — not just as a backdrop, but as something that actively shapes what they need to develop and how. That's what makes the conversations land differently.

Sessions are one-on-one, structured around your goals, and built on honest challenge and genuine support in equal measure. I work with a small number of coaching clients at a time to make sure every engagement gets the depth it deserves.

How It Works

FIRST

A Chemistry Call

We start with a conversation to understand your situation, what you want from coaching, and whether we're the right fit. Coaching only works when the relationship does.

THEN

Regular sessions

Typically bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs and pace. Each session is structured but responsive — we follow your agenda, sharpened by my questions and perspective.

Ongoing support

Between sessions, I'm available for the moments that don't wait — a decision to think through, a situation that needs a sounding board, a conversation to prepare for.

THROUGHOUT

Navigating what's next

Career Coaching

When a senior leader is considering a transition — a new organisation, a board role, a step into something different — the coaching goes deeper than performance. We work on what they actually want, what they're ready for, and how to position themselves with clarity and confidence for the next chapter. This includes practical preparation for the process ahead, drawing on my extensive background working with organisations across sectors on how they recruit and evaluate senior talent
