Fayna Lionet
I’m a French-American business leader with a background in finance and corporate management.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve lived and worked in the U.S., leading and accelerating companies across industries and international markets.
I’ve held leadership roles in both startups and mid-size businesses, and I’m trained in Leadership and Executive Coaching through Columbia Business School, where I earned a Certificate of Excellence.
I’m based in New York, and work with companies around the world.
As a dual French-American who’s lived in Europe, Asia, and North America, international growth comes naturally to me.
I believe in clarity, curiosity, and kindness—even in business.
I’m passionate about leadership culture—because how we lead shapes how we grow.
My coaching is grounded in the belief that strong businesses are built by aligned, empowered people.
